We have a limited number of guest rooms that are accessible to people with disabilities, and these will be filled on a first-come, first served basis. Accessible features include rooms that are equipped for persons who are deaf or hard of hearing and rooms with bathtub or roll-in shower bathing fixtures.
All reservation requests for ADA rooms must be made by calling the hotel direct at 831-920-0974. We want to describe the accessible features of our ADA rooms in enough detail so you can determinate if a specific room will meet your accessibility needs.
We have limited guest rooms designated as "Pet Friendly" and these will be filled on a first come, first served basis. All reservation requests for “Pet Friendly” rooms must be made by calling the hotel direct at 831-920-0974.
We welcome any dog as a service animal that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. Therapy, emotional support, or companion animals are considered pets, not service animals.
