The Automated Teller Machine is located on base at the Navy Federal Credit Union near the Navy Exchange. It is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Check-in and Checkout Time

Check-in Time begins at 3 pm
Although we make every effort to accommodate early arrivals, we cannot guarantee rooms until 3 pm or after. To arrange for an early arrival, please contact the Front Desk for confirmation on the day of arrival. At check-in, the Front Desk will validate eligibility and status by reviewing orders or appropriate identification. Please check your registration record against your orders to ensure that it agrees regarding your length of stay. Due to commitments to incoming guests, overstays are dependent upon availability at the time of the request. It is important that all guests check out on the agreed date unless prior approval has been granted for an extension.

Additional Persons
Additional persons staying in your room must be registered with the Front Desk. This information is required for safety/ security purposes and for use in the event of an emergency.

Checkout Time is 11 am
Upon request, a late check-out may be offered subject to business operations (fees may apply). Please contact the Front Desk on your day of departure for any special arrangements that may be necessary. Please return your room keys to the Front Desk and obtain a receipt for payment before departing. Guest rooms may not be re-entered after the checkout process has been completed.


Guest Laundry Facilities

Laundry facilities are located on each floor of Building 221 (East Wing) and Building 222 (West Wing). There are no laundry facilities in Building 220 (Main Wing). If you are a guest in the Main Wing, please contact the Front Desk for a key to access the laundry rooms. Guest in East and West Wings will be able to use their room key to access the laundry rooms. All washing machines require the use of HE (High Efficiency) detergent.


Housekeeping Service

General housekeeping services are provided daily from 9 am - 5 pm. Checkouts are scheduled prior to stayovers. Please contact the Front Desk for any special services you might require.


Vending Machines and Ice Machines

Vending and ice machines are located on the third floor of Building 220. In Building 221 (East Wing) and Building 222 (West Wing), ice machines are located on each floor, vending machines vary per floor. Vending machines are maintained by the Navy Exchange. Please report any problem to the Front Desk; the Front Desk will contact the Navy Exchange for service. Refund requests can only be made in person at the Navy Exchange located on base. The Front Desk is unable to make vending machine refunds.


Internet Connectivity

Wireless Internet is available free of charge and available in guest rooms and some public areas.


Mail and Packages

The U.S. Post Office is located by the Del Monte Gate. Personal mail cannot be received or stored at the Front Desk. Guests are encouraged to use their permanent duty station’s address for receiving personal mail. We do, however, accept packages from FEDEX, UPS, DHL, Global and other private package delivery companies who provide door to door delivery service. We also accept Private Courier deliveries to HDM Guests and all Airlines and Airline Sub-Contractors who are delivering lost luggage to guests registered with HDM.

Lost and Found

Lost and found valuable or PII property will be held at the Front Desk for 3 days, and then forwarded to the Base Police. Consumable items will be discarded. All other lost and found property will be held until claimed, but not more than 30 days.


Luggage Storage/Taxi Service

The Front Desk will hold luggage upon arrival and departure.

Parking is available on a first-come basis in parking lots identified as “Open Parking”. As a courtesy to others, please park completely within designated parking spaces. If you receive a ticket for parking (or traffic) violation at the Naval Support Activity or tenant Commands, you have three (3) business days from when the citation was issued to fill out a Customer Complaint form (located at the Police Department) to have your case heard before the citation is sent to the Central Violation Center in Atlanta, GA for processing.

Hotel Del Monte is a cashless operation; all major credit/debit cards are accepted for payment. At check-n, all guests must provide a valid credit/debit card. A government identification card for verification purposes must also be presented. Official duty travelers will be charged upon departure (credit card will be pre-authorized at check in) if staying 14 days or less or charged every 14 days if staying longer. Leisure travelers are required to pay for their stay in advance at check-in and are required to maintain a credit account balance throughout their stay. Payment by group members is outlined in the group booking contract.
